Quantity Surveyor 

My Client, A highly reputable family run medium sized Building and Civil Engineering Contractor / Developer with over 30 successful years in operation is currently looking for a Junior / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work on a brand new residential development located in Drogheda, Co Louth which is ready to commence Mid January 2021

this position is permanent, long term and will involve working for the client directly on their own books

The build itself comprises of 3 x blocks of 60+ apartments, the build is pre-cast and is expected to last a minimum of 18 months though may extend to 3+ years depending on the result of further pending planning permission but either way the client is looking to find somebody who will stay with them permanently beyond this job and who will move with him on to future projects once this one has completed.

My client is looking for a Junior / Intermediate Quantity surveyor who has experience in a similar type of build and has the ability to work on their own initiative

The BOQ's are already priced up for the job, the client is looking for somebody to manage all subcontractors on site and ensure everything is fully recorded and kept on track

Successful Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year Irish Contractor experience

the client is looking to start interviewing straight away with a view to starting mid January

There is an indicated salary range of between €30,000-€55,000 which will fully depend on experience and suitability for the role
