Window Espag Offset Upvc Lock Rod Mechanism

A standard offset U Rail espag locking mechanism. An espagnolette multipoint UPVC window lock is the gearing part inside a window that a spindle drive handle operates. This offset mushroom bolt espagnolette is designed for profiles with or without a eurogroove and can be used on Aluminium, Timber and UPVC window systems. These mechanisms can be fitted to side or top hung windows.

Please Note: The locking mechanism we supply may slightly differ from the image shown here. However, we will always guarantee the sizes in the technical drawing. If you need any advice please contact us. We usually recommend emailing us an image of your old lock if you are not sure.

Please check your replacement window locks ‘Backset’, this is the distance from the front of the lock to the center of the spindle as shown here. This is to ensure your new window lock will fit into the position of the old one, however, if you cannot get the exact match it is possible to open up the hole on the frame by 1-2mm with a drill.
