RAGLAN ROAD - Luke Kelly Tribue Show Featuring The Kevin Morrin Band
Kevin Morrin is one of the most exciting folk and ballad singers on the scene today. He is firmly steeped in the tradition of Luke Kelly and covers a wide array of song from Kelly’s time with the Dubliners and also from his solo work catalogue.

His range and versatility is ideally suited to the powerful and expressive style of Luke Kelly’s Legacy and whether it’s the tender and emotional lyrics of “Scorn not his simplicity or the raging gusto of “Hand me down me Bible”. Morrin’s vocal ability is such that he emotionally captures each mood with ease and grace, paying due homage to the memory of Luke Kelly. Morrin’s unique style allows him to accurately interpret these timeless ballads but still maintain his own authentic and powerful voice.

An integral part of Kevin’s success is his band, all well seasoned musicians and include John Hosey on guitar, keyboard and vocals, Vincent Crowley on piano, keyboard, bass and vocals and Kilkenny man Seosamh Ó Faoláin who is renowned for his guitar, banjo and mandolin playing.
An eagerly awaited debut Album is in the final stages of mixing and will shortly be released by Kevin Morrin and his fellow musicians.
