I have spaces available for online coaching in January 2019. If you are someone who finds it hard to commit to set times for your workouts or are motivated and have a background in training but are looking for that extra push, this could be perfect for you!
Online coaching will provide you with a personalized workout plan and nutrition guidance from an experienced trainer. You will complete the workouts on your own time and check in with me on a weekly basis. Adjustments will be made to your plan based on your results.
- initial consultation to discuss goals and create personalized plan
- measurements and body fat analysis
- nutrition guide and macro breakdown
- weekly check in with trainer where plan will be adjusted as needed
- online support 7 days a week
