Are you loosing motivation during these times or want some help to improve your health and fitness?
Customised training programs to suit your level of fitness changed every 4 weeks. Programs can be catered for if you have gym equipment available or not. Video links will be included for all exercises.
Nutrition management, tracking and advise to help you build your knowledge around food to make sustainable long term habits. The aim is to include foods you enjoy, find the approach that suits you, fuel your lifestyle and get you the results you want.
Challenges and activity tracking to give you that extra push, accountability and motivation.
Goal setting to help you get a clear picture of what you want to achieve and why. Then putting a plan in place of how we are going to achieve it.
Regular check ins with me to review and mange your progress, ask any questions you have and keep you on track.
