We are looking for an easy going, clean and responsible person to share this lovely house - if you feel like that's for you, keep reading :)

House has a very spacious kitchen and living area with the fireplace and the sea view.

It is a lovely neighbourhood.

Non-smoker as smoking in the house is not allowed.

House is located on a North Beach in Rush, 10 steps from the beach. If you like sunrises and walks on the beach, this is a dream come true!!

Nearest bus stop: 7 mins walk (Route 33, 33A, 33X)

Nearest Train Station : 7 min drive (Rush and Lusk Train Station)

10 min drive to Skerries,

15 mins to Ballbriggan,

40mins to Drogheda,

35 mins to Dublin City Centre.

Close to library, shops (Tesco, SuperValu, Coffee Shops, Parks and Lovely North and South Beaches etc.)

Rent is paid in advance and 500 euro deposit is required up front.

Bills are equally shared.

References required.
