The brand is being re-launched in July/August 2017 and we are in need of an extra set of hands to help us reach our goals!

Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a startup/entrepreneurial spirit to join our small but experienced team in Dublin 4 (Ringsend). This is a great opportunity to get real hands-on experience within the startup environment. We operate in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, which means that you’ll have the potential to learn something new every day and your participation will make a lasting impact. However, your primary responsibilities will be to create, curate, and managing our social media presence.

Our ideal candidate will also have a strong interest in fashion design and who would be willing to help design future collections for the brand. Although, this could be a separate internship opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

We are a very small team, so this internship will be hands-on, will involve many aspects of the business and require a substantial amount of responsibility from you. However, there could be potential to become a full-time and paid member of the team.

  • Initiate and take full responsibility for social media campaign.

  • Write a weekly blog post on topics related to our brand (we’ll give you guidance on what to write about as well as editing help).

  • Research social posts, plan monthly calendar, yearly calendar and introduce actions to achieve growth month upon month.

  • Report key metrics on a weekly basis and create an action plan from the results.

  • Work to develop PR and brand awareness through building relationships with bloggers, creative collaborations and other social media influencers.

  • Assist with various project organization and delivery.

  • Possibility of working some hours in a Dublin-based pop-up shop (retail environment).

  • As we are a small start-up other tasks may be assigned to you involving the day to day running of the company.

Skills required:

  • Be fluent in both written and spoken English.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated.

  • Punctual and committed.

  • Capable of thinking creatively and solve problems independently.

  • Be skilled in different Social Media / blog platforms. Ideally an active participant in social media.

  • Experience with photo editing software such as Photoshop and basic design capabilities (Adobe Creative Suite) for social media is a plus but not essential.

  • Understanding of women’s contemporary market and keen eye for merchandising and design is a definite plus.

Other:

  • Immediate start and available to work at least 2-3 days per week.

  • Unpaid (with potential to develop into a paid position).

  • While the founder and partner(s) will of course be happy to provide some guidance, be prepared to work in a semi-unsupervised and self-motivated manner.
