This is a HONDO semi-acoustic Guitar. Model is: H 124EAM. It is made in Korea. It has a dreadnought body. Eight worn frets were worn and replaced with new ones. It has a few fret buzzes as well. The action is up a bit. It has an under fret-board pick-up and tone and volume controls. It has a strap holder socket in one. It has new steel strings. There is a cover for it as well. The new owner might want to take the guitar to a guitar shop for further servicing.
