The Position


As General & Office Assistant, you make sure that everything runs smoothly at the office. You are responsible for administrative support in the broadest sense of the word. You play an important role in supporting the Leadership Team and their Teams.

Key Responsibilities

Includes but is not limited to:


  • Correspondence for the company, including email

  • Welcoming and looking after our visitors at the office

  • Opening and distributing mail (letters/invoices), Telephone answering

  • Address employees’ queries regarding Office management issues (e.g. stationary, meetings and travel arrangements)
