Job Type Temporary
· Front Desk: Greeting customers and supplier representatives & answering phone.
· Book Keeping: Full responsibility for company accounts, including Year End, reconciliation/validation for accountants to file accounts, ideally with Sage 50 Accounts experience.
· Filing of revenue returns
Responsibility for all client accounts including account set-up.
· Comparing supplier quotations and placing purchase orders
· Customer quotations ensuring company achieves best value product/service and logging of customer Purchase Orders
· Raising Sales Orders and processing delivery dockets on completion.
· Payroll: Full responsibility for Payroll and Revenue requirements, ideally with Thesaurus Experience
· Responsibility for all office duties including ordering and controlling stationery and packaging supplies and couriers.
