Part Time administrator required for Costa Coffee H/O in Little Island, Cork

Approx 20 hours per week over 5 days

Duties to include;

Providing admin support to the HR Department

Dealing with customer complaints

Answering telephone/email queries from employees and customers

Dealing with payroll queries

Scheduling meetings for the senior team

Letter writing

Placing orders

Dealing with customer complaints and monitoring Costa website and FB

Handling confidential employee information

Requirements for the position;

Experience working in an administrative role

Customer service experience essential

You must be self motivated and organised, capable of working autonomously and possess excellent time management skills

Work well as part of a team

Excellent attention to detail;

Most be proficient in Microsoft Word/ Excel and Outlook

Excellent comminucation and interpersonal skills

Own transport

Fluent English

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: €10.25 /hour
