Cpl are currently recruiting an experienced Office Manager for a temporary position based in Cork City. This role will ideally suit a candidate that is flexible and available for short term contracts. Competitive salary on offer.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Answering the telephone
- Managing the office budgets
- Maintaining all office stationery & managing orders.
- Care of all postal requirements
- Managing invoicing.
- All other Ad hoc administration requests as required.
- Previous experience in a similar environment
- Attention to detail is key
- Proficient in MS Suite & Excel in particular
- Flexible & Adaptable.
