Part - Time Office Manager - Temporary Contract - Cork City

Cpl are currently recruiting an experienced Office Manager for a temporary position based in Cork City. This role will ideally suit a candidate that is flexible and available for short term contracts. Competitive salary on offer.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answering the telephone
  • Managing the office budgets
  • Maintaining all office stationery & managing orders.
  • Care of all postal requirements
  • Managing invoicing.
  • All other Ad hoc administration requests as required.

Skills Required

  • Previous experience in a similar environment
  • Attention to detail is key
  • Proficient in MS Suite & Excel in particular
  • Flexible & Adaptable.
