PL are currently seeking experienced receptionists and administrators for temporary and short-term contracts in Cork

Key responsibilities:

  • Ability to manage a busy switchboard
  • Take calls, deal with queries and pass to the relevant staff member
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Provide high level of support to both internal and external customers
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, facilities and refreshments
  • Order office stationary

The successful candidate will have You will have experience of operating a busy switchboard and will be fully competent in MS Office. You will possess excellent customer service skills and will be able to work effectively under pressure.
