Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for Contracts Coordinator. This role would suit someone who enjoys fast paced environment and thrives while working under pressure. It is an office based position.

Following will be your day-to-day activities:

  • Co ordinating and Scheduling Cleaners for commercial properties within the Dublin
  • Preparing and managing staff rosters
  • Advertising, recruiting, and interviewing new staff

The suitable candidate would have:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ability to think on your feet with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proactive approach, must be a strong multitasker and be able to work under pressure with tight time restraints
  • Proficient with MS Office and Excel
  • Would be an advantage to speak a second language ideally Portuguese or Spanish

You will be willing to do some out of hour’s work for evenings and rotated weekends.

Salary on offer is 25k
