Our client located in Dublin 12 requires a customer service administrator for an immediate start
- Working Hours 9am – 5.30 pm ( 1 hour unpaid lunch break ) 37.5 hours per week
- Rotating 4 week cycle where they will be working 9am-1pm on a Saturday ( on these weeks you will finish Mon-Fri at 4.30pm )
- Salary Range: Novice €9.25 up to €11.28 for more experienced candidate
Suitable candidate will have:
- Excellent written and oral English
- Good IT skills (MS Office, Outlook etc)
- A minimum of 6 months experience working in customer service administration
- Note that it is a very busy call centre office – person will need to be able to handle queries/complaints without getting flustered.
