Do you speak fluent French? Do you want to work in a diverse and multicultural company? Do you have an interest in technology? Are you looking to start your career in technology or customer support? If so, this job is for you!


We are looking for technical support analysts to provide first level support to big clients of. A technical, customer support or call centre background is ideal but not required. No experience necessary.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer calls quickly but accurately
  • Gather information to resolve customer problems using the relevant tools and systems
  • Update customers regarding the status of their call
  • Escalate issues when needed
  • Achieve individual and team goals
  • Mentor new hires

Requirements
  • Fluent French and good English
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to solve problems
  • Interest in IT or computers
  • Team player
  • Call centre, IT or customer support background is ideal but not required
