We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced front of house receptionist to join our busy team for 5 days per week.
Skills and experience:
At least one to two years’ experience as a receptionist in a clinic or salon.
Phorest software knowledge and experience an advantage.
Excellent computer and typing skills.
Excellent spelling, grammar and punctuation essential.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and on own initiative.
Cash handling experience.
The Ideal Candidate will be:

Excellent timekeeper and punctual with a high level of attention to detail.

Gets on well with clients and as part of a team.
Takes direction easily.
Available to work Tuesday to Saturday each week.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Have high standards in being the first point of contact and the first impression of the clinic for new and existing clients.
Strive to ensure that the clients receive a consistently excellent service during every visit.
Responsible for the day to day running of reception in a fast-paced environment.
Operating the main phone line, answering general queries from incoming callers.
Answering email inquiries.
Arranging and booking appointments.
Recording sales and taking payments from clients.
Handling deliveries, mail, taxis etc.
Manage general administrative office duties (printing, scanning, photocopying, postal requirements)
Ensuring common areas are kept clean and tidy.
Monitoring stationary/canteen/facilities supplies and stock. Placing orders as required.
Providing ad hoc administrative support to the rest of the team as required.
Overall ensure that the front of house is maintained and managed to a very high standard.
