Tasks


The intern would assist with some or all of the following duties:

  • Using Adobe Creative Suite to create marketing collateral for conference, sales trips & events for example badges, bookmarks, pull ups, folders, info sheets, trifolds.
  • Creating print ready artwork
  • Design PowerPoint templates
  • Design word templates
  • Creating infographics using Illustrator for PowerPoint
  • Create branded ezines using online platform
  • Updating marketing in design templates
  • Updating social media covers, logos and images
  • Update the image library
  • Assisting the Abbey Group with its environmental and responsible tourism initiatives

Any other duties as assigned from time to time by your Manager or Director.


Skills needed/requirements

  • Fluency in English - verbal and written
  • Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign)
  • PowerPoint - creating templates
  • Strong brand awareness, able to adhere to corporate brand guidelines
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, In design Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Ability to work across a number of key brand and marketing projects at any one time
  • Keen attention to detail and exceptional planning and organizational skills
  • Fluency in traditional, digital and social media
  • Have the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Requirements- students must be affiliated with college/Educational institution/Erasmus/Leonardo Da Vinci etc. or this internship is part of their studies.
