Position – Office Administrator
Working Days: (Monday – Friday) **Immediate Start
Hours: 17.00 – 22.00 (May lead to extra hours)
StaffLink Recruitment are currently looking for an Office Administration to join a client of ours who is one of Ireland’s leading Distribution Company’s.
As a leader in their field, they are growing rapidly and have an exciting position available at their site based in Rathcoole.
The role: • Reception duties to include welcoming and hosting visitors • Filtering of all external calls through our central phone centre • Sending and receiving mail and packages • Server file management and maintenance • Updating incoming sales orders • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities • Assist the sales and marketing manager in general daily tasks
The person: • Ambitious • Good communicator and ability to work well as part of a team • Ability to successfully liaise at all levels in the organisation • Excellent time management, organisational and record keeping skills • Simultaneously deliver on multiple commitments under time pressure
Desirable skills/qualifications: • Administration experience • Experience with Microsoft packages • IT literate • Good English • Worked in Warehouse Environment (Not essential)
Rate of Pay: €11.00 per hour (Paid weekly every Thursday)
