Sherlock Recruitment are currently recruiting an Office Administrator to join an Engineering company based in Dublin 12. The successful candidate will be working in a team environment ensuring all administration tasks are completed on a daily basis. We are looking for an organized, pro - active, experienced individual.
- Four months
- 32 hours per week (minimum)
- Taking and transferring of incoming calls and taking messages.
- Manage all expenses for the team, track and process payment fees.
- Liaise with a range of departments on a daily basis.
- Management of worker documentations ensuring all files are completed and updated in a timely manner.
- Assisting with weekly and monthly reports.
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
