Office administrator required for on a full time basis for a Medical Billing Company based in Dublin 15. We work on behalf of hospital consultants throughout Ireland dealing with all issues pertaining to their billing.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director of this small company, this role involves: general office duties to include: data processing, dealing with customers, health insurers, hospitals and on occasion, patients.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in office administration/business, excellent computer and communication skills, a background in medical billing or related fields would be an advantage but not essential. We require a highly motivated, Organized person who pays particular attention to detail, a positive attitude and ability to multi task, who can also work on their own initiative, dealing with the day to day duties of a busy office. An excellent command of the English language is essential.
