Sherlock Recruitment are currently an Office Assistant to join a team of administrators in Dublin 12. You will be working for an Engineering company completing administration tasks on a daily basis.

Contract:

  • Four months
  • 32 hours per week (minimum)

Job Description:

  • Liaise with a range of departments on a daily basis.
  • Management of worker documentations ensuring all files are completed and updated in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with weekly and monthly reports.
  • Filing and preparing documentation.
  • Invoicing

Skills/Requirements:

  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
