The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with fantastic interpersonal skills.
Support in all administration tasks as assigned
Receptionist duties- being first point of contact for all clients
Take and transfer calls, follow up and answer any queries that clients may have
Email management and coordinating work related diary requests
Assist with the development of monthly newsletters and distribute to their mailing list
Previous experience working in a busy office environment
Previous experience working as a receptionist/PA/secretary
Excellent typing skills
Must be able to work on own initiative, be able to take on various tasks and complete in the timeline provided.
Must have excellent communication skills and be a good team player
