A part time office administration/ Returns processor position has become available for immediate start within an eCommerce brand.
The position will be on a part time basis and will include but does not limit to the following
- Log all returns daily including processing and customer services as required.
- Processing exchanges through a fulfilment online system
- Issuing of online credits as required.
- Maintain and promote a positive attitude whilst meeting productivity goals.
- Maintain high confidentiality at all times.
- Process product through the inventory tracking system.
- All other duties as assigned
- A minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- Must be highly organized and display a great attention to detail
- Must have problem-solving skills, be self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Flexibility with hours
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Proficient computer knowledge including Excel, Word, Chrome, Safari.
- Strong command of the English language
- Strong communication skills
The position is based in an office space in Swords Co Dublin and the role is currently 20 hpw.
