Potential candidates will be expected to demonstrate their ability to assist in the organisation and running of a busy mechanical contracting office environment.


Duties include the following:

and liaising with clients by phone and email

General office administration, preparing files, answering phones/emails, scheduling engineering technicians, invoicing, timesheets, etc.

Supporting Reception ad hoc and assisting with management of post.

Ad hoc clerical administration tasks as required


Requirements:

Previous officer administration desired

Excellent Microsoft offices skills, particularly typing and data entry skills

Meticulous attention to.


Its a part-time employment over 5 mornings per week.
