Payroll Specialist - Maternity Cover (6 - 9 month Contract)

Summary of role:

Our Client is seeking to recruit a Payroll Specialist on a temporary 9 – 12 Month contract based in our head office in Sandyford. This is a position that will suit an organised individual who works well to deadlines and has experience working in a high-volume environment

Responsibilities:

  • Processing high volume payrolls
  • Validating and inputting all data received to agreed deadlines
  • Checking inputted data and making all relevant corrections
  • Ensuring all payrolls are processed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Handling routine and non-routine queries regarding payroll issues from Grosvenor staff and management
  • Working as part of a busy office environment and ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Adherence to Revenue legislation while processing payroll

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year’s experience in similar position
  • IPASS qualification
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Must be a team player
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion

Salary

  • Negotiable – Depending on experience
