Hours - Agreed 40 hours per week

Salary 24,000 – 26,000, depending on experience

20 days paid holidays per annum (pro rata)

Have relevant administration experience

Excellent telephone skills and office etiquette

Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Have excellent interpersonal skills, and have an empathic approach to people

Proficiency in Microsoft office suite desirable, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms etc

Be highly organised, and have excellent time management skills


Meet and greet all visitors

Answer all incoming calls in a timely manner and direct queries to the appropriate teams

Attend to all administration tasks

File all appropriate paperwork ensuring GDPR is adhered to

Maintain all appropriate office supplies

Perform other duties as assigned
