The main duties of the role are;


•Office support for designated sales representative


•Order processing of phone, email and faxed orders


•Answer customer queries regarding stock, price and product information


•Liaise with dispatch regarding customer orders


•Act as cover for showroom manager during busy periods


•Support service engineer by booking service calls with end users and arranging replacement products for fitting.
