OMD Estate Agents based in Windy Arbor seeks an experienced Secretary.
We are looking for a responsible Secretary to organize our company’s day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide clerical support to the directors and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities and must be highly organized and able to multitask with ease.
managing office equipment, answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
maintaining diaries and arranging appointments, typing, preparing and collating reports.
Filing, organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
Managing databases, prioritizing workloads, liaising with Banks, solicitors, estate agents, and clients.
Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks, logging or processing bills or expenses, and/or meeting and greeting clients.
Our ideal candidate has experience as a secretary, and familiar with office software (e.g. MS Office), including word processors and spreadsheets.
Ultimately, a successful Administrator should be able to ensure our office procedures run smoothly.
Proven experience as an as a secretary.
Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines
Knowledge of office policies and procedures
Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and oral communication skills and with an eye for detail
Additional qualifications as a secretary are a plus
