Site Administrator Dublin South/ City Centre locations - up to €35K

The position of Site Administrator is with one of Ireland's leading Construction Company. They are looking for an experienced Site Administrator who is an organised individual and attentive to detail.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years administration experience
Previous construction experience as a Site Clerk/Site Administrator but not essential
Ability to work on own initiative
Excellent IT Skills
Communicate effectively with staff at all levels
Neat and detail orientated
Ability to prioritise
Responsibilities:

Daily operation of the site office
Effectively deal with day to day enquires
Ordering materials
Liaising with personnel at all levels
Maintaining health and safety records
Tracking and recording all site documentation
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Senior Management
