We are currently on the lookout for an Office Administrator to join our team.
Job Description:
- Processing Invoices
- Debt Collection - Accounts Receivable
- Matching PO numbers and posting Purchases invoices
- Support to sales personnel & engineers
- Answer & process service calls, toner supplies & stationery
- Dealing with any customer & supplier queries
Skills and Experience required:
- Good systems experience (Word, Excel etc.,)
- Self-starter. With eye for detail & accuracy
- Ability to work as part of a team and deliver team targets
- Excellent Communication & interpersonal skill
