Company Description:

Our client a well-known food producer in Ireland are now actively recruiting a full - time Administrator for the office in Naas. This position will commence as a temporary role through ISM with the view of becoming permanent.

Reporting to Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

Monitoring incoming orders
Scheduling of orders to drivers
Communicating with customers regarding delivery times
Updating order list
General Administration
Ad Hoc Duties

Candidate Requirements:

Candidates must be able to work in a pressurized team environment, possess excellent strong interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to make quick decisions and work on their own initiative. Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel) essential.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday: Shift 8am - 4pm
Rates negotiable depending on experience
Holiday & Bank Holiday Pay

10% Reduction off all CPC, ADR, Safe Pass, forklift any many more courses if working with ISM Recruitment.
