Position – Office/Warehouse Administrator
Working Days: (Monday – Friday) **Immediate Start
Hours: 17.00 – 22.00 (Hours may vary with extra shifts)
StaffLink Recruitment are currently looking for an Office/Warehouse Administrator to join a client of ours who is one of Ireland’s leading Distribution Company’s.
As a leader in their field, they are growing rapidly and have an exciting position available at their site based in Rathcoole.
The role: • File management and maintenance • Organising orders from the warehouse to specific Company Vans / Trucks for deliveries • Making sure all orders fit correctly to each Van • Clipping dockets together and numbering off a manifest • Assist the Operations manager in general daily tasks
The person: • Good communicator and ability to work well as part of a team • Previous Warehouse/Distribution experience due to knowledge of loading of Company Trucks/Vans • Ability to successfully liaise at all levels in the organisation • Excellent time management, organisational and record keeping skills
Desirable skills/qualifications: • Administration experience • Experience with Microsoft packages • IT literate • Good English • Previous warehouse/distribution experience essential
Rate of Pay: €11.00 per hour (Paid weekly every Thursday)
