Office administrator required for a busy Mechanical Engineer Company

Tasks include;

Answering the phone, taking & distributing messages to correct staff member

Receive sort and distribute incoming mail

Monitor incoming emails, answer or forward as required

update & maintain databases

Reporting to clients as required

Key Competencies;

Organization & Planning skills

Work management skills

Attention to detail

Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word experience




Hours Monday-Friday 9-5

Transport required to work place
