We are a busy security firm looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant who has excellent communication and organizational skills. This position offers the opportunity for growth and developing a career path in security services industry.

Overall Duties:
-Answer phones and screen calls, schedule appointments and manage calendar.
-Handle client requests and ability to resolve client issues.
-Prepare client files for appointments and manage files.
-Assist with marketing initiatives.
-General office duties and other duties as assigned

Required Skills:
-Excellent telephone and client service skills.
-Highly organized and flexible with positive can-do attitude.
-Ability to prioritize and handle busy work environment.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, excel, PowerPoint).
-Knowledge of using social media.
-Able to handle various duties in a small office environment.
-At least 1 year experience, preferably in the financial service field.
