Office Administrator is needed to join a busy office in Saggart, Dublin. Working at the forefront of the business expect a fast-paced, all-encompassing, business critical role ensuring fantastic customer service is delivered at all times.


Requirements:

Duties will include:

Process payments, supplier invoice and customer invoice entering for approval;

Reconcile bank accounts and creditors statements;

Download and file required documents according to prescribed schedules and processes.

Administrative support on accounts.

Assist in the timely preparation of monthly management accounts to trial balance stage;

Experience in a similar account management or office administration or customer service role;

You are self-motivated with an entrepreneurial and positive attitude;

You are highly efficient, with excellent oral and written communication skills;

Experience in customer service and office management;

Ability to use basic Office Software, Excel, Word etc.
