PART TIME ACCOUNTS AND OFFICE ASSISTANT

20 Hours per week Flexible

Permanent Part time position

Based in Dunshaughlin Co Meath, we are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Office Administrator with experience in Accounts to join a successful company.

You will be working closely with the Managing Director and Sales Director and will be responsible for the day to day running of the office and accounts functions as well as providing administrative assistance. This is an exciting opportunity not to be missed!

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate office maintenance and facility requirements

· Order and maintain office, stationery and catering supplies and dealing with all third-party vendors and suppliers

Keep office tidy

· Diary and calendar management

· Project assistance

· Bookkeeping duties , VAT returns and experience of Quickbooks would be beneficial but not essential

· Screen all incoming calls, post, emails and respond to or direct as appropriate

· Provide administration support for the Directors

· Meet and greet clients and guests in a professional manner

General ad-hoc and administrative duties

Requirements:

· 3 - 5 years' experience as an Office Administrator / Accounts assistant in a professional services-based environment is essential

· Ability to work on own initiative without direction

· Strong MS Office skills

· Excellent multitasking skills

· Must be extremely organized and be able to prioritize

· Professional appearance and manner

· Enthusiastic, motivated, and positive attitude

· Good writing skills and editing skills a bonus
