We are currently looking for a Human Resources Manager for our office based in South Tipperary.

Duties and responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager include:

• Manage all aspects of the People & Culture Function including Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Employee engagement and Training, Learning & Development.

• Ensure P&C policies and procedures are implemented consistently throughout all stages of the employment cycle in line with best practice and Red Carnation requirements.

• Manage People and Culture Team to deliver high performance P&C service (people first).

• To build and review P&C processes throughout the employee life cycle to ensure they are innovative and meet business requirements.
