About the position:
Manage and administer Front Office functions and supervision of associates on daily basis.
General office administration
Dealing with Email & Phone Queries
Filing & maintaining documents
Supporting team with ad-hoc administrative duties
Supporting the Operations team on key project tasks
Directs and works with managers/supervisors and associates to carry out all guest functions ensuring guest and associate satisfaction and maximising the financial performance of the department.
Uses leadership skills to manage other managers & supervisors accordingly.
Qualifications and Skills:
Have a proficient background in MS Office tools (MS Outlook, Excel & Word).
Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
A hands-on approach with strong work ethic and the ability to work on your own initiative
Have a highly organised, flexible and proactive approach to task workload
High Level of attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
