We are seeking an Office Administrator (Construction Company) to join our team! You will perform administrative functions in order to drive company success. We are on the verge of expanding, so we need someone who is motivated, creative and willing to learn!
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Update social media accounts/other marketing
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
Experience in office administration preferred
Previous experience in construction is a huge plus
Ability to prioritise and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
