We are looking for Entry level Customer Service agents to complement the existing team.Typical duties include but are not limited to:
• Enhanced proactive customer care
• Daily track, trace and update to customer
• Liaise with customer regarding delayed goods
• KPI’s reporting
• Rapid closure of customer issues
• Build relationships with other departments to enhance ability to perform role.
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Confident and assured telephone manner
Computer literacy, including Word, Outlook, Excel
Attention to detail and problem solving ability.
