Logistics Administrator – Meath
We are currently looking to recruit a junior logistics administrator for a large distribution company based in Meath, 15 minutes from Dublin 15 area
Troubleshoot and close out customer documentation issues in an efficient and effective manner
Clean and prepare all PODs for scanning
Label all relevant PODs.
Record and note all PODS in the Azyra CRM database
Follow up unclear discrepancies with drivers
Issue delivery status reports to depots daily.
Run and follow up on outstanding POD reports
Root-cause, implement and trend sustainable solutions to aid continuous improvement
Provide Customer Service Administration cover on all accounts when necessary
Attends regular customer service departmental meetings.
Act as Customer Service Administration project representative when required
Perform ad hoc Customer Service Administration IT Testing
Adhere to Customer Service contingency process when involed
Complete Customer Service training and up-skilling as requested by your line manger
Scan POD’s into Azyra database.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of Customer Service standards, policies and procedures
Ensure CS Manager is updated on relevant issues and concerns and ensure sufficient handover is provided at the end of shift to Customer Service cover buddy.
Suitable candidate should have at least 1 year administration skills either in office or ideally in logistics
Salary will range at €24K depending on experience
