In today's world you need to get away from the distractions of social media, your mobile, and yourself ! Give yourself a break.
Some kindness, peace and quiet once a week and teach yourself how to tap into a greater quietness within.
I encourage you to meditate, with a group as this is a special experience. There will be time for questions and answers.
Meditation will awaken the love, strength, courage, wisdom and energy to face the difficulties you experience in your life. It is important to develop the practice of daily meditation every morning and evening (if possible) and to encourage you, the room is available for use each evening at 6.15pm.
