Our client, a leading meat producer is looking to recruit a HR manager to assist in the running of their operation. Candidates must have a least 3 years HR Generalist experience but management experience is not necessary.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Performance Management
  • Absence Management
  • Training and Development
  • Any other key HR functions
Experience/Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years HR Generalist experience
  • Degree/Masters in Business Studies or HR with appropriate experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment law
  • Experience recruiting, interviewing and selecting candidates for roles at various levels.
  • Management experience desirable but not necessary
  • Excellent communication skills required
