Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, the Consultant will have responsibility in the following key areas
Business Development – developing lasting business relationships, expertly applying your knowledge and skills to grow the business.
Client Management – becoming a trusted advisor to clients, keeping them abreast of trends within your sector.
Candidate Service – delivering a true consultancy service, offering advice on how your candidates best present their knowledge and experience, to help them take the next step in their career.
Quality Compliance – driving the highest quality standards ensuring compliance with company processes and procedures.
Desired Skills and Experience
This role will see you working closely with Directors of the company. The ideal candidate will have a real hunger and desire to succeed and the rewards and benefits for joining the company at this stage will be significant and will genuinely lead to upper management opportunities.
The role will suit someone with a strong professional personality, good on the phone, methodical, hard-working conscientious and a real desire to succeed.
We are interested in speaking to people with recruitment experience (agency or in-house) or a proven track record of success in B2B sales environment.
