Dear Sir/Madam,

My Qualification is Bachelor of Commerce with six years total professional experience including 3 years UAE experience. I am currently doing Job in MILAN AUTO TYRES AND WHEEL TR from last one year in SHARJAH, UAE. I am also take caring of our branch in QATAR with the name on AL TAJMEEL Trading Est.[Tires trading Company]

I was doing Accounts job in MADEELA AL FUNOON ELECTROMECHANICAL WORKS LLC as an Accountant for two years in Dubai.[Construction Company]

And I have experience in Pakistan also for Three years in Orrange Wears[Trading Company]


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform and manage the day to day accounting function of the buying group
  • Responsible for all accounts receivable function, accounts payable function, journal entry preparation and reconciliations
  • Responsible for all company bank reconciliations
  • Responsible for all invoices & Credit Notes issued and received and allocation of payments against invoices
  • Responsible for accuracy and maintenance of the general ledger and the financial statements and reports
  • Process VAT Returns
  • Provide timely and accurate statutory financial information
  • Create, report and analyse financial data
  • Design and implementation of appropriate systems and procedures of financial control
  • Maintenance and management of accounting software system
  • Maintenance and management of electronic and hard copy file management
  • Ensure all queries are investigated and resolved in a timely manner
  • General administrative duties
  • Oversee administration of staff payroll function and staff management information
  • Liaise with buying teams, member’s and suppliers to attain and circulate required information
  • Assist in the co-ordination of group bulk purchasing
  • Perform Trading & Profit and loss Account & Balance sheet.

  • Have the ability to effectively interact with various levels and functions within the organisation
  • Be technically strong and willing to come up to speed quickly.
  • Ability to suggest, demonstrate, implement and support process improvement ideas and initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills, initiative and customer focus
  • Strong numerical, analytical and investigative skills to resolve queries
  • Excellent Excel skills to be able to manipulate data
  • Self-motivated and be a good multi-tasker with a focus on attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as ability to work on own initiative
  • Energy and appetite to work in a fast-moving industry
  • Approach on ERP systems, e.g/- Tally, Excellence
  • Excellent MS word skills to be able to manipulate data
