Account Manager - Telecoms
Location: Carlow
Salary: Negotiable
Responsibilities:
• Develop relationships with a portfolio of clients
• Acquire a thorough understanding of customer requirements
• Expand relationships with existing customers by generating solutions to their problems
• Increase the company's revenue by growing business with existing customers and new ones
• Negotiate contracts with clients and meet deadlines to match their goals
• Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams
• Resolve customer issues and problems effectively
• Generate new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for stakeholders
• Ensure correct products/services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
• Gather, report, and communicate customer feedback on service, technology, and product delivery
• Ensure that all administration and support on the portfolio is up to date
• Adhere to all Company quality and environmental obligations, company environmental policy, Health and Safety requirements, regulations, and safe work practices
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ sales experience as an Account Manager within a technical/telecommunications/IT industry
• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs, with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organisational levels
• BSc/BA in Business Administration/Sales
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle multiple accounts
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, analytical, negotiation and admin skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; be a listener, presenter, and a people person
• Ability to prioritise and meet critical deadlines
• Knowledge of the second European language
