Job Description
McBreen Environmental Drain Services Ltd is looking for a Business Analyst to analyse business processes, identify system requirements, and support the implementation and optimisation of IT systems and technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
-Analyse business processes and identify functional and system requirements for the implementation and improvement of IT systems and technology solutions.
-Evaluate business processes and data flows to recommend technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
-Develop functional specifications, system documentation and test plans based on business requirements.
-Support the implementation, integration and testing of business systems, digital platforms and CRM solutions.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, test and optimise technology solutions.
-Monitor system performance and ensure implemented solutions meet business requirements.

Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Proven experience in business analysis, data analysis, and the implementation or integration of business systems.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Salary: €36,855 per year — €18.90 per hour
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
