Description
We are seeking to recruit an Office / Accounts Administrator for our office in Ennis.

Key Responsibilities : Inputting and issuing of accurate invoices using Sage, Answering of phone calls and generic company emails, Ordering of stock/products, quotations to customers, Ordering office stationery, Ad-hoc duties etc.

This is a dynamic role and will involve working closely with other members of staff in order to maximise sales opportunities. It will require a highly motivated and organised individual to use their excellent communication and administration skills.

You must have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Knowledge of Sage Software would be desirable but not essential.
