Full Time and Part Time positions available for chef/Cook in an Emergency Accommodation Centre in Scarriff, Clare.

The Working Hours are 11am to 7pm Daily covering lunch and Dinner.

Rate of Pay: €20 Per Hour.

Garda Vetting required

HACCP Certificate Required

Excellent Food Safety Management skills required

We are currently seeking a Duty Manager for an Emergency Accommodation Centre in Scarriff, Co. Clare.

This position requires full flexibility for a 5/7 day working week and the ability to work across all departments.

Requirements:

· Good communication skills with good spoken English
· Must have good customer service experience.
· Be self-motivated and a team player.
· Must be prompt and reliable.
. Team Leading and Problem solving skills
. Full Driving Licence
· Be flexible with regards to working hours
. Garda Vetting Required

Duties & Responsibilities:

To ensure that the operation in all areas is running to the agreed standard and follow up any discrepancies
To be operationally responsible for the service delivery and standards throughout the entire building when on duty.
To patrol the building ensuring that all Health and Safety Requirements are upheld.
Patrol the building at regular intervals paying particular attention to cleanliness, both inside and outside the building.
To take control and lead the team in the event of a fire alarm or pre-alarm scenario.
Ensure that the back of house areas are in clean and proper condition.
To spot check guest bedrooms

Rate of Pay: €20 Per Hour
